On Friday, RE/MAX of the Islands announced that Jeffrey Passantino recently joined their firm as a Sales Associate. He is originally from Kansas City, Mo. and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.
Passantino and his wife of 16 years, Elizabeth, met while in college. They and their three children moved to Florida in 2004. Jeff obtained his Florida real estate license in 2005 and since then he has become one of the most productive Realtors in Lee County.
“Jeff has achieved much in a relatively short period of time. His background in architecture, design, planning and construction has served him well," said Art Corace, broker/owner of RE/MAX of the Islands. "Jeff is devoted to our profession, but believes in having balance in his life. He works very hard for his clients but makes sure to enjoy time with his family. Jeff’s a super guy and we are extremely pleased that he moved his business to our company.”
Passantino is currently a member of the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service committee. He fulfilled the educational requirements and holds the coveted Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) professional designation from the National Association of Realtors.
In addition, Jeff holds private pilot certification for high performance single engine aircraft and is certified as a Little League coach by the National Youth Sports Coaches Association.
