To the editor,
You couldn't fine these criminals enough for what they've done to United States currently and for years to come. If you think the Gulf is clean, I have some samples from Alaska's Exxon Valdez spill from various locations proving that oil and water don't mix! This travesty will haunt the Gulf, the marine life, fishing - be it crab, shrimp or fish in general - the quality (or lack thereof) of seafood and our ecosystem for generations.
To this day, Exxon has not paid a cent to any of the fishermen or villagers who lost everything, including my oldest brother. I won't hold my breath and expect BP to do the right thing!
