Four new Realtor members were inducted into the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors at its September orientation meeting.
Requirements for membership, in addition to a Florida real estate license, include membership in the national and state associations and completion of a local training program that includes professional standards and ethics, multiple listing service instruction and orientation sessions at both the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF) and Sanibel City Hall.
The new members and their company affiliations are Pamela Boynton, Royal Shell Real Estate; Stephanie Bisset, Gulf to Bay Sotheby's Int'l Realty; Thomas Hopf, Engel & Volkers Sanibel; and Bobbie McGlynn, John Gee & Company.
Realtors are the only licensed real estate practitioners required to adhere to the Code of Ethics prescribed by the National Association of Realtors.
