Community Bank adds mortgage loan officer

Patti Wilson has joined the Sanibel Captiva Community Bank as a residential mortgage loan officer. She will continue to serve clients on Sanibel-Captiva islands and in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and Naples.

Wilson brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience and a large portfolio of lending knowledge to the bank.

Prior to joining the Sanibel Captiva Community Bank, Wilson served as senior loan officer at Mutual of Omaha Bank. While there she received the 2012 Pillar Award. The Pillar Award was developed to recognize and reward the bank's top talent for contributions made during the award period.

The Executive Management Committee selected Wilson based on her overall contribution in revenue, profitability, file quality and commitment to the bank's five core values.

Wilson served, educated and arranged mortgage financing for thousands of home buyers since 1990. She is known for an ability to listen to customers' needs and deliver the right financing package in a seamless, easy to understand manner. She is an expert at navigating her customers thru the entire loan process.

She is a top-producer who has been honored with numerous awards for customer satisfaction, transaction quality and sales production.

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has locations on Sanibel and in Fort Myers.
