Lee County is distributing the latest print edition of the Lee County Boater's Guide to area libraries, boat dealers, tackle shops and other marine-related businesses.
The Lee County Boaters Guide available now is the most comprehensive navigational and resource guide for local boaters and visitors. It is free and includes resource information, boating tips and regulations as well as contact information for local, state and federal agencies.
In addition to the print version, the Lee County Boater's Guide is available on the web and as a mobile phone application. The application is available free on Google Play and the iTunes store. The boating app is free and will be updated to reflect the changes to the print version.
The Boater's Guide and the mobile applications were designed by Pearl, a Lee County-based creative advertising and digital agency, and were funded by a grant from the West Coast Inland Navigation District. Lee County Natural Resources Marine Program staff members coordinate the information and produce the guide.
