CCCIA, CCAR face off for charity

April 21, 2014
Island Reporter, Captiva Current, Sanibel-Captiva Islander

On Thursday, April 24, from 5:30-7 p.m., the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association and the Cape Coral Association of Realtors will battle for their charity of choice at the Dixie Roadhouse, 1023 S.E. 47th Terrace, Cape Coral.

Whichever association brings in the most people to the Dixie's door will receive a donation to the charity of its choice from the Dixie Roadhouse.

The CCCIA is fighting for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the CCAR has chosen Make A Wish of Southwest Florida as its cause.

There is no cover charge during the event and each person coming through the door will receive two free drinks, line dance lessons and be eligible for door prizes. Participants will be asked, at the door, who they wish to represent so that the respective associations can rack up points for their charity.

For more information, call the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association at 239-772-0027, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., weekdays or visit online at www.cccia.org.
