At the conclusion of each quarter, employees are encouraged to nominate those fellow workers who have demonstrated strong guest services skills, are dependable and reliable, courteous to fellow employees and display a positive attitude. Condo owners at the resort can also offer feedback that can lead to an employee nomination through the Resort's Owner Services department. From nominated hourly employees, managers vote by secret ballot for the individual who should be recognized for Employee of the Quarter. All nominated employees nominated receive a congratulatory letter from the general manager and a gift card to enjoy dinner.
