The St. Isabel Men's Society recently welcomed two NET Ministries missionaries to speak, Anna Brown and Giovanni Mowrey.

They were two of 175 Catholics aged 18-28 who left behind their jobs, school, family and friends to devote nine months to serving with the National Evangelization Teams, or NET.

Divided into 16 teams, they travel across the United States to share the Gospel with young people and families. Since 1981, NET teams have led over 32,000 retreats and ministered to more than 2 million young Catholics.

Brown, 24, of Saint Joseph, Michigan, graduated with a master's degree in English from the University of Notre Dame in 2018. She converted into the Catholic church a year ago and is very excited to be able to share her faith with youth and young adults through NET Ministries.

Mowrey 23, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, graduated from West Chester University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in communication studies. He was also involved in varsity soccer. Mowrey is excited to continue to use the gifts God has given him to continue the ministry in the Naples area.
